I ordered a planner with a certain kind of design on the inside, and got something different than what I thought I ordered. I have tried to contact the seller twice now about returning or exchanging for the kind that I thought I was supposed to get and have had no response. It has been two weeks now and nothing. The planner itself is nicely made and would be happy to have it exchanged, but the customer service has been awful.
I loved it but the second I picked up a warm plate the letters disgorged snd peeled off.

Never received! I reached out to the seller a week ago to see what was going on and no response. Not sure what happened? This item was to ship 3 weeks ago. I guess I lived and learned. Wasted my money with no chance of a refund! I won’t buy from this seller again.

Runs a little small
I ordered these calendars a few weeks ago. Unfortunately when I opened them today I found that the pads on both of my calendars were detached in several places so I can’t stand any of them up because they completely fall apart.
