The seller claimed to have shipped my order but lost it. They took forever to reply to my messages. It wasn’t until I got Jane Support involved that they would answer. The package finally delivered after a month and was misspelled and not the colors I requested. Terrible experience!

I ordered the pizza slice for my kids and the pizza for my husband. Received 3 weeks after order date. Quality is not good. The images on the tees are very blurry and pixelated. Definitely not intentional-looking, like poor resolution-looking. Tees are like cheap white undershirts.

Gifted this to my mom! The first package was lost in the mail! Customer service was amazing! I contacted them and they got another sweatshirt to me very fast! My mom absolutely loved her shirt and it was great quality!

Update edit review to 4 stars: seller reached out after reading review and gave a full refund. I appreciate the customer service greatly. Wish the shirt had just been what was described but appreciate the refund. I don’t want to appear to complain about a company offering refund. 1 star:Shirt I ordered showed to be a canva nice quality. The shirt I received was Gilden cheap crunchy tshirt. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend- misleading.

Love the onesie but never received first one so reached out to seller and they quickly sent a replacement. Two days later I received the original and it had been almost 2 months.

The sweatshirt wasn’t what I expected and I didn’t care for it, but I knew I couldn’t return it because I’d ordered the color and the wording. But I was totally wrong. The customer service was beyond amazing and solved my problem for me with no questions asked, the very next day! They went above and beyond! It is obvious that their number one goal is making sure their customers are happy with their purchase, which is exactly how it should be. So many shoppes could learn a lot from this owner!! Extremely impressed! I will absolutely be buying from them again!

This is a horrible product! I paid almost $35 for a sweatshirt that had a heat pressed sticker on it and the first time I hand washed it the sticker is peeling off. Do not waste your money!!!

I ordered a shirt and unfortunately it was not the correct color. I emailed the sellers and they asked for a picture of the item received. I sent them an email and had no hear anything for days.
