There aren’t any elastic loops for ears and the slots for the ears seem like it will eventually rip the cloth

I ordered a personalized t-shirt April 11... the label to mail out was created 4/17. Which seemed reasonable. I had to email the provider who stated they were remaking the item because it was lost and “NEW” shipping info would update shortly. The shipping info never updated, the original label dated 4/17 was on the package when it arrived 05/04. Which does not give me time to ship the item to my intended recipient. Poor customer service in my opinion.
Shirts arrived when expected and look great! Can't wait to give them as gifts. Fabric is soft and design looks high quality.

I like a loose fitting hoodie but this one was huge. I typically wear a medium to large in tops depending on the style, so I ordered a large This hoodie fit more like a men’s large. Sleeves had to be rolled up and the length was almost mid thigh. I wanted a white zip hoodie, so I will keep this one. They seem to be hard to find this time of year. Do not size up for a loose fit! I could have easily worn a medium and gotten the loose fit I was looking to achieve
