I was sent a green sweatshirt when I ordered the navy

I order this shirt over 3 weeks ago. The tracking never updated, I contacted the seller and didn't get a response until jane.com reached out the seller. They offered a replacement or refund. I accepted a replacement and asked for tracking. It has been 6 days and still haven't heard back. I am very disappointed in the customer service.

I love the shirt. I bought two and have only wore one that came in so far. The hem on the bottom of the shirt started coming out though.
