I had problems receiving it but I must tell you that JANE stands behind her customers like nothing i have ever seen. I would also be remiss if i did not say Elle & Emmy did the right thing also. The sweatshirt? Most incredible item ❤ I've purchased. Soft, beyond comfortable and lightweight. I want it in all the colors and will do just that a little at a time. Run, don't walk, to buy this item. YOU'RE WELCOME 😍👍

The shirts were fine it was just the packaging. It was not even sealed and I could see the shirts in the package when I got it.

I emailed this seller and asked twice to please contact me to change the shirt because I accidentally ordered the wrong one. No response ever. The shirt was also VERY small for a large. I got another large size from then and it was larger. Disappointed in my first order experience from Jane.

Ordered over a month ago and no response from the seller as to estimated delivery date, I have contacted seller three times!

I won’t be buying from this seller again. Ordered around the first part of May and never received them. I emailed them a few days ago and they were quick to refund me which was very much appreciated.

The shirt is super soft, which is nice. The material is really thin, almost see through (ordered the shirt in the color oatmeal). The fit was also a tight fit. The small fits a little snug on my son who only weighs 114 pounds.
