Bag is small

I was sent the wrong size-working on a refund with the company.

Cute but a little smaller than it looks

Definitely an oversized fit! Large fit more like an XL, but I love an oversized t-shirt. Soooo soft!

Not as described! On the photos, it shows that the oversized fit has pink on it; the one I got didn’t. Will be returning!

I love this sweatshirt! The color was perfect such a soft good quality sweatshirt would recommend!

It was smaller than I expected but it was a good deal!

While it is soft and comfortable, the sizing is off. I’m a typical size 4-6 and it’s right in the body but big in the arms. Still wearable but a little disappointing.

Super comfy Tshirt

Absolutely horrible quality of sweatshirt as well as customer service. I received the sweatshirt I ordered, and not only was the color horrible and misleading compared to the picture, but it looked like it had been worn for years. It had terrible pilling ALL OVER IT. I immediately took pictures and contacted the seller, and requested an exchange. After 2-3 days of not hearing back from Elle & Emmy, I went online and did a chat with Jane.com. They too sent the sellers a message with the pictures requesting them to contact me. Once again, NOTHING! However, I am happy to say that Jane.com contacted me and apologized on behalf of the sellers for not responding and immediately issued a refund. I am extremely happy with the customer service I received from Jane but extremely disappointed in Elle & Emmy!

My dad loves it

I ordered a custom baseball sweatshirt and wanted to love it, but the V looked like a U and the color maroon looked more brown. Contacted the seller and she refunded me for the sweatshirt since I won’t be wearing it.

The seam in the back doesn't line up and the ear,handle and rim of backet all look unfinished. It's smaller then I thought but that's on me.I've emailed twice with not response.
