Item was not what I ordered. Very small shirt, dark gray color not charcoal and white writing on shirt not black. Contacted seller with no response

Ordered 2 shirts, paid for 2 shirts got only 1 shirt & not in my size I ordered. It took way to long to get this in the first place. I emailed the seller got zero response after waiting a day. I had to go through the Jane app in order for them to contact the seller to finally get a response through them. Once I researched them I found out they're located in Denver, Co. I could have had them send it to my parents & just let me parents mail it to me & I'd probably get it faster. But with more research the website for them displays that they are in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I truly think this seller is a fraud. The refund I was told I'd get.......yea that never happened!
