Update - two weeks since receiving two misspelled sweatshirts - seller did not respond until Jane got involved and even then only asked if both sweatshirts were spelled wrong. Submitted photos showing their error and now…..nothing. No response to several emails from both Jane and myself. I really like the sweatshirts and would like them reprinted and to get what I paid for, but they’ve chosen to ignore me. I’m sure it’s because I bought them when they were on sale and so they don’t want to reprint. Who does that? Horrible way to do business. 1st post - Received the items I ordered but the School name was misspelled on both - FRONTIER was spelled FONTIER. Verified I had correct spelling on the order. I emailed the seller 2 nights ago but haven’t yet heard back. They look amazing and are great quality so I’m hoping I can get two new ones with the correct spelling. Will update if I hear back from the seller!

Very well made and beautiful CUSTOM gifts for friends and family. They also shipped very fast.

The color faded right away after one wash, the sweatshirt looked as if I’d had it for years, but had only worn it once and washed it, very disappointing

My shirt had some errors with the printing smearing upon delivery. However, I reached out to them via email and they refunded my order without any questions. That is what customer service is all about. I actually already placed another order with them for a Christmas shirt because of their wonderful customer service.

This is a mixed review. The shirt was received in a reasonable time frame. Cute design, but the quality of the shirt is very poor. Most of what I wear are graphic tees that I have ordered from Jane. The brand of the shirt is not the typical Canvas brand that most sellers are using. After receiving the shirt and seeing the quality I realized that it was from the same seller that I had ordered from this summer, but have never worn due to the shirt being a scratchy material and uncomfortable. Seller is reputable, offers cute designs and ships in a very reasonable time frame. The silk screeen is done very well. However, the quality of the shirt is lacking.

The print and quality is beautiful. I ordered the cardinal in red tree. However, I received two pillow covers instead of the hand towels. Decided to keep and pick up some inexpensive pillows to cover.

This tree was blurry and bad quality so I returned the tshirts (almost $300 worth). Also tshirts were small and rough compared to Bella. I had to email multiple times to get a resolution. This company said they issued me a refund but I have yet to see it be refunded to my card. Very disappointed in their customer service.
