Still waiting over 20 days and no order has been sent. They create a shipping label right away so you can't cancel your order when your product never arrives. No communication from the seller even after 3 attempts on my side. Do not order from this seller. Waiting for Jane customer service to help out now.

Ordered the Abominable Snowman sweatshirt in white. Recieved a heathered gray sweatshirt, still fairly light in color. Contacted the business just to let them know and without me asking, they refunded my money. Still a cute sweatshirt even if the color isn't quite right.

I was surprised how it was. It has a lovely charcoal color and design.

A month after ordering and over a week after "expected ship" date and this item still has not shipped! Would not recommend.
