I never received this item try to get in contact but nothing. I ordered this item in October So i won't order from this company again

I still haven't received my sweatshirt! It's a Christmas gift for my mom!!! Also if it was out of stock I should have been notified! I'm furious!!

Love it!

Tracking was funky/super late so I reached out to seller. They were super helpful/responsive/professional. Sweatshirt is super soft and as pictured.

The shirt is great, but OMG it took them forever to send it! I wouldn't order from them again unfortunately.

Edit: I've been asked by the seller to edit my review. They did not have the product to fulfill my order, but never advised me of this until I wrote a negative review (see below). After realizing I was disappointed, they did refund my money and offered to send a free piece of jewelry in apology. Original review: I paid with PayPal, money was taken out immediately. Product was ordered Nov 10th, and estimated to ship by Nov 29th. I checked tracking, it was never sent, just a label made my the seller. So I messaged them, and they said they'd get it sent out soon but still haven't received a shipping confirmation. Disappointed in the seller and their communication.

Never got pkge. Emailed seller and quick to respond and said they would replace but looks like they used or at least emailed me a tracking# from the first shipment and doesn't show any activity. Now I asked for a refund no reply. *UPDATE-no sooner than I post this review I got a reply from the seller and they apologized for the inconvenience of my pkge getting lost twice. They issued a complet refund and said if I did end up getting the items I could keep them. I've ordered things before thru Jane from other sellers and this is the first time I've never gotten something I ordered. But glad things got resolved.

Did not get what I ordered

Cute you get what you pay for. Some thread is coming off already.

Cute design. Shipping time was ok but the design in one of the t-shirts is coming off after 2 washes.

Just opened the package and the vinyl is peeling off of the corners. Have not worn or washed it yet and already peeling. Requesting a refund and pre-paid shipping label to send damaged item back.

Such great people to work with! Had an issue and it was quickly and easily resolved. The sweatshirt is super cute and comfy! Definitely recommend :)

One month after ordering it, I still have not received it. It hasn't even been shipped yet!!
