Updated review for another order. I accidentally ordered the wrong t-shirt. The picture on my order shows the correct shirt, but when you click on it it shows a different shirt ordered. I tried emailing 3 times asking how to exchange it for the correct one and I never got a response. I couldn’t leave a review for that specific order for some reason so I’m editing this one. I’m not sure why their customer service is so inconsistent. Buyer beware and make sure you’re actually ordering what you want or you may be stuck with the wrong shirt. After leaving this review the tracking was updated within hours. I also received an email from the seller offering me a refund and letting me keep the shirt. I will be changing my review to 5 stars for the quick response and offer for free shirt. I won’t be accepting the offer as I just really wanted an update as to when my shirt would arrive. Thank you for updating me quickly! I ordered a t-shirt on April 30 and it says it was shipped on May 1st. I still haven’t received it and the tracking hasn’t been updated since May 1st. There is no way to email the seller.

Be careful to order thread color that greatly contrasts with fabric. I ordered 3 and one matched colors exactly so that the embroidery was not readable. I reached out to the seller who asked for a photo and I sent it. Then nothing more from the seller! Crickets! After reaching out to Jane, I received a credit but I wanted a different shirt! These were Mother’s Day gifts and were all going to be given to an aunt, a grandmother, and a mother. However, now, I don’t have one for THE MOTHER!

It did take a long time to ship, but it is so cute! Worth the wait 😊

Update: they contacted me right away to make it right. I would recommend this company, but be sure to check your personalization and ask questions first. I wish I could submit a picture, but the font and wording was not as described. It says Mama on the collar, but when I receive it, it said mom, but the font was so horrible it looks like wow instead. I looked again at the websites pictures and don't even see anything close to the font I received. I'm so disappointed.

SENT THE WRONG ITEM — do NOT order from this seller!! I was sent the wrong color and brand of sweatshirt. The seller had posted a Gildan 18000 sweatshirt color chart to choose from. I ordered “Kiwi”, but I was sent a Tultex 340 sweatshirt in a completely different color, “Neo Mint”. This is a Mother’s Day gift for my mother-in-law, and now I have to figure something else out because the color I received would make her look like a walking mint chocolate chip ice cream cone. The brand of the sweatshirt is irrelevant to me, but Tultex does not even offer a color close to “Kiwi”, so I don’t understand why the seller did not update their color options or message me upon receiving my order to inform me. I emailed Jane and the seller, but have yet to hear back from either.

They were very soft. I have not worn them yet or washed them. They look big enough.

Fit is very large. Names were embroidered in the incorrect order. I double checked how I typed it in on the packing slip and they reversed 2 of them. The grandkids called it out right away and were disappointed.
