I placed my order on Nov. 12 it was expected to ship by Nov. 29. I never received it so I emailed the company checking on the status. They quickly and kindly said they would make and ship ASAP. I was happy because it was a Christmas gift however I am disappointed. The sweatshirt is men's sizing and very large. It also was a heather gray and the text was black. I do not recall picking a text color upon ordering. You can hardly read the names of the grandkids on the shirt. I'm disappointed in the whole progress.
