Ordered 11/24 still have not recieved a tracking # or delivery on 12/17/20

I ordered this sweatshirt in "heather sport dark green" expecting it to look like the picture, but it turned out more like the bright green color I emailed Elle & Emmy about my issue and asked to return the item, and instead they just issued me a refund as they were unable to replace it I was very pleased with the prompt reply and refund, especially during the busy holiday time They were extremely nice and provided excellent customer service I would definitely order from them again!

My package was redeemed lost, therefore I got my refund (I did have to contact both Jane and the seller about this to get the ball moving) however, in the end the seller did reach out to me and apologized and did rush my new order. I did get the product and quality is great the only comment I have is the green is actually like a bright green which stinks because the picture shows an army green. Overall thanks for trying to make it right.

Yes I would recommend this product. I had received the wrong style by accident. I contacted the seller and received an immediate response and refund. They were very kind and understanding and did what they could to remedy the situation. Plus the shirts are really cute. I got them for my kiddos.
