My son and husband LOVED their shirts! Had an issue with the shipment, but as soon as I contacted the seller, they were on top of it! Wonderful customer service! Will buy from them again!

Only sent one pair of leggings when I ordered two - then said they couldn't send a replacement. I didn't want a refund - I wanted the gift I ordered.

Had some issues with shipping but I finally received the shirt I ordered and I love it!! The seller was very helpful Couldn't be more pleased !!

This company's customer service is amazing. I had trouble receiving my order due to issues with the post office, but Elle & Emmy responded immediately to my email and did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. I only wish other companies would treat their customers with this kind of care and appreciation. Hats off to you Elle & Emmy!!

dishonest about shipping-ordered on November 24 and they didn't ship until December 18 despite repeated emails. They told me they had shipped it and it was USPS fault; I contacted USPS and no order had ever been received by their facilities until December 18, when I finally began to get tracking information. no one would respond until I got Jane support involved. I still haven't received the product so I cannot comment on its quality or design. But if you don't want it to take a month and you value prompt customer service, I would not order from this boutique.

Despite the Christmas time and the slow/lost mail they were very helpful! My package did get lost, I informed them I haven't received it yet. They put a new one in the mail the next day! Hoping it will get to me eventually!! I would definitely buy from them again! Very nice and respectful!
