I ordered this on 11/29 and it finally shipped on December 16th I had previously contacted the shop owner to ask why it hadn't shipped yet and she responded on 12/10 and said that it was already picked up by the carrier I told her the reason I was asking was because I was visiting family for a month and ordered it to be shipped where I was visiting and wanted to have it before I left She said it was picked up before 12/10 but I don't see how since tracking wasn't started until the 16th I had left family on the 15th so when it finally arrived at my grandparents house on the 21st of December and my grandma had to pay to ship it to me since it took so long. When I finally got the long awaited package it did not even look like the picture I think it's a different brand sweatshirt than pictured from the tag, it's not the same shade of purple, and the font is not the same as what was on the picture for sale either Very disappointed and would not recommend or buy from again The only reason I gave it any stars was because the lady who responded to my email was very nice and did offer a solution if the package never showed up, which it did I'm not returning it because at this point I've paid for shipping twice just to get it so it wouldn't be worth it

Shirts run small and monogram came off quickly.

Purchased my normal size in "flowy tanks", love this style. However these are not flowy at all. The back is pleated to allow ease but they run small, at least for me and I mean in the chest, stomach and hips. They are Bella Canvas which generally runs true to size but...This ain't it, chief. I have just contacted the seller to check on exchange or return so hopefully that will work out.

Ordered a black but received a gray. Seller was quick to refund me but after wearing it I liked the gray better!

I purchased this as gift and when it arrived it was just as described Great quality and a beautiful print I accidentally ordered the wrong size and immediately contacted them and they were able to get it fixed to the correct size for me So both the product and the shop get 5 stars from me!! The material is stiff and collects EVERY fuzz

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and started to get nervous when a couple weeks later (and just 2 before Christmas) the tracking information I had been provided still showed that the item had not been handed off to USPS yet. I emailed the seller to see when they anticipated getting it shipped out. The seller responded right away with an apology and stated that their records showed that USPS had already picked up the package so she was going to make another one and mail it out as quickly as possible since the first must have been lost. The seller emailed me again when she had mailed out the replacement so I would know what was going on. A few days later I received the 2nd sweatshirt she made. It was perfect! Great quality. My daughter loved it. She immediately put it on when she opened the gift and has worn it every day since. Thank you!
