Quality is less then expected

Update: I got an email referencing this review. Asked what could be done to rectify my grievance - I explained what I wanted, again - and said I would edit this review to a knowledge they made things right, after of course they had done so. That was 2 weeks ago. Nothing. Crickets. How frustrating!! (Original post) I ordered 3 shirts, and I only received 2 in my package. I have contacted the seller multiple times and have yet to receive a reply. I have asked for a refund for the one not delivered as the shipping was slow, so i no longer need. I also think they run very large - but I have lost weight recently and have gone down in size, so I don’t always order correctly when it comes to size - but i normally wear between a L and XL and this XL fits huge. The slow shipping I could look past, but not getting my whole order and not getting a reply is NOT ok.

We are still trying to rectify our order. I got this for my wife for mother's day and The sweatshirt came with the embroidery crooked and not as pictured on the sleeve. My wife and I have emailed at least three times with the company after being requested to send photos of the mistake and have received no response after we both have sent many photos documenting the misprint. It is now going to be fathers day and no response still. I would not recommend buying this product, customer service is poor and the fact they sent it out crooked isn't right, especially for the price of the product. We either need a replacement or a refund ASAP.

Colors are very muted.

Super disappointed, I ordered this and it shipped on June 5. In a couple of days it hadn’t moved so I was worried it was lost. I contacted Jane who reached out to the seller. I never heard back from the seller but my package magically moved. I received it on June 15. However when I finally got it, it was the wrong shirt. It is a shirt that was not even offered on the Jane order where I placed it. I emailed the sellers last night but have not heard back today, 24 hours later. Update: The seller reached out after seeing my review and is going to send me the correct shirt. So glad they are going to make it right! I got my correct shirt very quickly! Great customer service, thank you!

Perfect summer tanks

Purchased as a gift for Mother's Day. Received incorrect shirt - took forever for Elle & Emmy to get back to me. Had to contact Jane to get ahold of the seller. By the time everything was sorted out, it was past Mother's Day. Really disappointed.
