I still have not received the shipment, no updated information on shipping. I have contacted the company and they said they would send out a new one and it's been a week and nothing. I have also requested to verify that they have the correct shipping address and I have not received any further correspondence or answers.

Do not purchase from this seller! The sweatshirt I ordered was an ad on Instagram. I ordered my sweatshirt September 9 and by September 20 I reached out to the seller. They said it got lost and they would send a replacement ASAP. It’s now September 27, no new tracking information, and they’re not responding to emails. I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank. *Edit*: I have heard back from the seller and they said it should arrive in 4 days. I’ll update my review on if/when it arrives!

Have not received this item yet but this review is regarding customer service. There was an error in shipping but the seller was very accommodating in correcting the issue and was quick to respond to my concerns. Easy to work with and very good customer service. I will update this review regarding the shirt when it is received. I look forward to getting this item!
