Had an issue with my order the company got back to me quickly and fixed the issue.

The product is amazing, however, it took over a month to receive the shirts. The tracking info said the packages shipped, but said the post office never received the package. I contacted the seller and they said they would resend. It just took much longer than expected, so if you’re in a time crunch, I wouldn’t recommend.

Cute idea for a top but the graphic was all faded like the print machine ran out of ink. Very disappointed!

The Mickey Mouse is not sparkly or bright. Just a dull screen print with muted colors. *Tho I rated the shirt just one star, customer service gets five stars. After my one star rating, they contacted me and offered a full refund since the item did not meet my expectations. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again as they stand behind their products!

After a shipping issue/delay, the seller contacted me and was able to resolve the issue quickly and with great customer service. Would order from them again!

So my particular shirt was too small so I suggest you order a size up The customer service response was fast and kind!!!! Yes you can return, but I had to cover my own shipping costs for the returns - which for me is a negative as it’s an online business I believe all shipping costs should be covered by the business.

I tried to send an email prior. The colors are not what are pictured. Ordered navy blue and light blue and looks like teal. Not happy with it and Will not purchase from Jane again.
