The print/colors were very faded. The design is too big and spread too far apart on the front of the shirt. It should be darker and closer together.

It’s cute but the colors are not as bold as they appear in the picture. But I still love it.

So initially my order was lost from the start. I received tracking but it never went anywhere. It was a headache contacting the seller and then also support. Ultimately I ended up getting a refund for my shirt. Then the package that was lost magically showed up on my informed delivery. Which was then lost by USPS. The seller then also reached out and offered to send me a new shirt to replace that one. All in all it was a crazy experience but they still tried to make it right even when the second loss wasn’t their fault which was greatly appreciated.

I love this shirt! Fast shipping . I saw another review that the shirt is thinner than expected - the shirt is Bella Canvas which is my favorite- very soft, loose neck. I do not find it thin at all. My teen daughter wants to borrow it so I ordered her one as well

I had originally received the wrong color backpack but after contacting the shop they immediately responded and said they would send the correct item at no charge.

Do NOT order up for men! Size is correct as is!!! I purchased this shirt for my father as a father's day gift. I took the recommendation of Elle & Emmy to size up when ordering for men. The shirt was enormous! There was no way my dad could wear it!! I reached out to Elle & Emmy & explained the problem. Although it took several emails to reach them, they did correct my problem by sending me a new tshirt in my father's actual size. And they sent it in time for father's day!! 😊 I only took one star off because of the recommendation to size up. I disagree with them on this. However, I would highly recommend both the tshirt, its of great quality & my father loves it, and the company!! I look forward to future purchases from Elle & Emmy!! Thank you for the great customer service!! 😁

Print quality was poor. You can barely read the words and it looks blurry. It also took considerably longer to get here then other shirts I ordered at the same time. I shop at Jane often and this was the first time I wasn’t satisfied with my item.

It’s huge. It drowns me. The color is accurate. The design size is not accurate, just way bigger than pictured. And took way too long to get to me.

The smiley faces are adorable. Not a very soft shirt but still really cute.

Excellent customer service! My sweatshirt arrived with a large brown water stain above the logo, I messaged them and this was resolved within an hour! Excellent customer service!!! It’s a super cute sweatshirt!

This isn’t what I ordered. On the posting the saying is “Not today Vecna” but the shirt I received says “I escaped Vecna’s Liar [sic]”. I imagine they meant lair but wrote liar. So it’s the wrong saying AND it’s spelled wrong. Super disappointed, I was excited for this shirt :(

I have been so happy with other things that I have gotten from Elle & Emmy but I have been very disappointed this time. I ordered this custom sweatshirt for my daughter and myself in our team colors. My daughter's arrived and it is perfect. However, the one that I ordered for myself has yet to arrive and has shown that is shipped and was delivered that same day that my daughters did. I'm not sure if this is the companies fault or the fault of the post office but I really wanted this sweatshirt. I contacted Jane about this but have yet to receive a reply.
