Haven’t received yet Edited 12-10-20: received an email from this company and they refunded my entire purchase amount because I had not received my order. They also said it was due to arrive in a couple of days and to keep my shirt as a gift. They were very apologetic that it took so long for me to receive my order. Companies like this is why I shop Jane. This company will continue to receive my business because they care not only about their reputation but also about their customers. I highly recommend this company because they have good quality products and high standards of treating their customers!!!!

I ordered this on 11/29 and it finally shipped on December 16th I had previously contacted the shop owner to ask why it hadn't shipped yet and she responded on 12/10 and said that it was already picked up by the carrier I told her the reason I was asking was because I was visiting family for a month and ordered it to be shipped where I was visiting and wanted to have it before I left She said it was picked up before 12/10 but I don't see how since tracking wasn't started until the 16th I had left family on the 15th so when it finally arrived at my grandparents house on the 21st of December and my grandma had to pay to ship it to me since it took so long. When I finally got the long awaited package it did not even look like the picture I think it's a different brand sweatshirt than pictured from the tag, it's not the same shade of purple, and the font is not the same as what was on the picture for sale either Very disappointed and would not recommend or buy from again The only reason I gave it any stars was because the lady who responded to my email was very nice and did offer a solution if the package never showed up, which it did I'm not returning it because at this point I've paid for shipping twice just to get it so it wouldn't be worth it

Never received, still waiting on response for a refund. Finally received my refund after emailing 3 times.

I ordered the Wildflower shirt. First, let me start by saying that when I got it I loved it. It was so soft and I loved the light blue color. That being said, I ordered the wrong size. Which is on me. So I contacted the seller and asked about an exchange. Three days later I got a response saying no problem just send the original back with the the correct size I wanted and they would send me a new one. I thought, awesome I was super excited cause I loved the shirt. I PAID the return shipping and sent it off. I tracked it and they received the returned shirt. The reason they get 2 stars is because I never received my replacement shirt. After two weeks I contacted Jane and they tried to get in contact with the seller and they had no luck so I got a refund minus the 3.99 shipping fee plus the shipping I paid to send it back. So please make sure you know your size because you won’t get a replacement.

I ordered a small it looks a little more fitted in the picture (The jacket is more boxy) nonetheless it’ll work!

Gift for my daughter & she loves it. True to size, we’ll made, very silly!

I am SO disappointed in this sweatshirt! The sizing is straight out of the 90’s- HUGE and looks ridiculous on! I won’t wear it. I have put it on three or four times trying to wear it and I just can’t. It’s short in the torso and HUGE around the torso and the sleeves are long and again HUGE. My husband would be swallowed in this and he is 6’2” I read reviews that said it fit small and since you don’t have anything much to go on except size 8-12 as a large that’s what I ordered... I wear an 8/10 and thought a little big would be fine so I can dry it. Terrible description... again I can’t express how dissatisfied I am with your product!
