I received the wrong shirt, asked for a refund or replacement and still have received neither. I continue to email and sometimes I get a reply and most times I don’t. As of 3/25 still no shirt or refund. As of 4/3 I did receive the correct shirt and a refund. Glad they fixed it. The shirt is a good quality and my personalized info is what I asked for.

They are gorgeous. Great price and work’s wonderfully with my decor. I appreciate the people who help behind the scenes. Thank you love my pillows

The product is really nice and of great quality for the price. Shipping was a lot slower than expected.

The shirt is way to small for a M and the image isn’t correct either. Will have to buy something else to replace it.

Ordered 2 mediums, one was clearly smaller than the other, poor quality material, very cheap looking. Original 1 star review. UPDATE: Elle & Emmy reached out immediately and offered a refund of the sweatshirt that was too small. I changed to a 3 star review based on the customer service provided and friendly feedback.

Cute as can be! Shipment got hung up in shipping and supplier responded immediately and shipped new order. Great customer service. (Package was held up in USPS).

This was so cheaply made, fringes hanging everywhere, beyond small, I actually threw it away.
