Unfortunately, I never received the sweatshirt. I ordered this in November and followed up with company several times to request a replacement because it hadn’t arrived. Due to lack of communication from the company I finally requested a refund in January. Money was refunded within a day or two of request, but no other communication sent from the company. Customer service could be better.

Loved that I could customize my little miss! Good quality and came pretty quick.

So faded, they said they’d give refund & are now non-responsive & I shipped back almost a month ago & have not received refund.

Bought for DIL who is a dog lover

I received a shirt 2” smaller than shown on the size chart. The shirt was off in color from the listing and the graphic was printed noticeably crooked. Seller responded and after sending in a picture has taken care of the issue and sending out a corrected shirt in a larger size to match what is on the chart. I would consider ordering a size up from what the chart shows or what you would normally wear.
