I really like this shirt, but unfortunately my shirt came apart at the seems and started unraveling across the bottom. Disappointed with the quality. Jane gave me a one time credit. I’m disappointed with them as well.

Original order said was shipped and that it was in my locked mailbox but I never received it. Contacted Jane customer service and they followed up with company. Company remade and reshipped TSHIRT. Received today. It’s very cute!! Despite the slow shipping issue, I would likely purchase from again as seller made things right. Thank you.
Love the shirt however wore once it had a hole in the neck. Notified seller and they responded immediately nice customer service

It took 3 weeks to receive the sweatshirt. After 2 I contacted the seller, no response. A few days later I contacted the seller & Jane.com, to date neither party has even acknowledged my email. After the second communication to the seller the sweatshirt finally shipped! Received it, washed once & the letters are ALREADY bubbling! First, I am disappointed with the lack of communication & timeliness. That’s poor customer service! Secondly, the sweatshirt wasn’t even worth the money or wait since after 1 wash the letters are bubbling. I do not recommend at all!!!
