Shirt was sent to me with a hole in the sleeve. Contacted to seller twice about a refund or exchange and still have yet to hear back from them. Horrible customer service from this vendor. I’ve never had this issue with other vendors on Jane. Apparently from reading others reviews, I’m not the only who has had this issue. I guess Elle & Emmy don’t care about customer satisfaction or customer service. Don’t order from Elle & Emmy!!!!! I will never order from them again!!!!!! They need a lesson in customer service!!!!!!

I always order a medium shirt, however this shirt could fit my hubby (who wears XL). Very disappointed.

I ordered 3 different colors at a size small. I am 5'5, 135lbs and these look like larges. I was so disappointed when these arrived. I am hoping to return them.
