Thin material and short

The item I received did not have the shoulder ruffles, also it was very big.
I am 5'9'' and the dress was about 4 inches above my knee so it's a little short for me, but otherwise love the dress!
I bought the large. It fit just fine. Wished it was alittle longer but it will be great with jeggings.
Very comfy !
