Super cute. I wear a medium. It fit nicely.

After reading other reviews I decided to order a size down and I’m glad I did! It is a large flair design. The sleeves are a little snug like others said but not uncomfortably snug and that is something I run into a lot with my arms/armpits being cut into. It fits perfect!
