I'm 5'5", 170ish lbs. and wear a medium or large, depending on the fit. I bought a large (10-12) in this. It's a little looser in the tummy area than I prefer (I feel like it's borderline sloppy looking), but if I had ordered a medium, it would have been too tight on my arms. Love the fabric and color.
The top isn't gathered at the waist as shown in the pic. If you have larger than average boobs, this will look like a maternity shirt on you!

So comfy! Definitely long enough for leggings. Thin, so also perfect for layering.

I wear XS and this dress was just a little bit loose. I would say that it runs True to Size. Very pleased with the quality and fabric.
