update! Got emailed back, had trouble with the new address still, post man suggested hand writing it instead. Seams to be a postal service issue not a company issue. Customer service once they emailed me back was great. I was trying to send the three shirts I got back because they were so big! But after 20 min at the post office they still couldn’t find a matching address for what I was given. I have emailed them and yet to hear back. I don’t want to end up having to keep them because it’s after 14 days. Not too thrilled with customer service.
