I had to shorten the sleeves.

I am 5'5" and have a semi-athletic build, so I regularly wear a size 0 pants, 2-4 in dresses, and a small in tops from major brands. I ordered a small (0-4) and feel that the length is appropriate, but the sleeves and chest are tighter than I expected. If I had sized up, the back tail would have been much too long. I really like the color and pattern, but the material is very thin cotton and the fit is smaller than I imagined.
