This shirt is so soft! I don't need an undershirt under it, it is not see-through, but also not heavy. Love it! I am 5' 7.5", and 144lbs. I ordered a size small, and that fits perfectly. If I wanted the more "loose" look, I would have ordered a Medium. I'm normally kinda in the middle of small and medium, and usually opt for medium for length, but this one is PERFECT in a small for me!
