Very soft, medium weight fabric. Definitely has some stretch to it. I usually wear a small, sometimes medium depending on the material, but I purchased a small in this. The length for me (5'5", 135 lbs) is perfect. The colors are as expected. No issues with this top at all. Haven't washed it yet so I don't know how it hold up. Great top for layering.

I love this soft material but it does require a sweater shredder because it balls up
I am used to sizing up so I ordered a Large instead of my normal Medium and because of the flare on the skirt I could have easily stayed with my normal size.
