This shirt is super cute. It just didn't fit me well. I am tall and have long arms so the medium was short all around. I typically wear a medium in most shirts. Rather than return it I gave it to my daughter.

Did not fall near the waistline as pictured, instead skirt began right under the chest. Pockets were very bulky and material not the best quality for the price.
