This really wasn’t what I ordered because I supposed to got a headband with my order and I didn’t. Plus they sent me the wrong outfit.
The color of the pants does not match the colors in the hat. these were sold together.
When I received the item the stitching was horrible. A black thread was through the snowman’s eyes, nose and all the way down to his buttons. The bottom of his hat was also stitched to his eye. I emailed the company and they sent me a generic reply telling me I’d have to pay for shipping to return the item then they would refund me for the price of the item. Very disappointed.
Received the wrong item...but they got back to me immediately to take care of the issue. Not only are they refunding me for the item plus shipping, I do not have to return the other item. Amazing customer service and I will definitely order from them again.
Terrible, cheap, rough material on product intended for infants. Terrible return policy making me pay for the shipping, both ways to send back an inferior product. Shameful.
