The swaddle and bow is beautiful. I loved it.
Very cute product and quick shipping. It was missing a piece and customer service never responded unfortunately. Would be 5 stars if complete.
The item is a great size and would have been awesome BUT The glue used to glue the Velcro to the tree and each piece does not hold...so I have had to re-glue every single piece before my grand can even use it. So frustrating. The instructions with the tree even say that you may have to reglue after you press or steam the creases out after unpacking. The Velcro came loose on mine before I even ironed it.
The pieces are cute, but a large amount of the velcro on the tree itself came off during the very first use. I had to hot glue much of it back to the tree and now i'm afraid my toddler is going to accidentally pull more of it off as she detaches the pieces. Also, the tree arrived folded and creased and even though I ironed it as the instructions suggested, it's still not totally flat. Though cute, I would not recommend this item.

I was so excited for this purchase for my 18 month old. It is cheaply made and falling apart on first use.
I absolutely love it! Great material and well made. I didn't realize they were made in the USA so it was nice to see that when it came. Would order from them again.
