I placed my order on 9/15/17. First a shipping label was created and my items were never shipped, or "lost." I contacted the company and "Heather" seemed like she was trying to help, but was not very responsive. She said she re-sent the items on 10/18. The items show to have been delivered at a totally different address, in a different town on 10/21. I'm requesting a refund. I've never had an experience like this with ordering on Jane. Would not order from this company again. Currently awaiting refund for the items I never received...
