Delivery was so late and delayed. These didn't make it for Christmas or deliver until a week AFTER Christmas. I was no longer able to give them to my niece for her first Christmas and she lives out of the country
They were a little big, but super cute!

Horrible quality
Very disappointed with this company. I contacted them about the loop on the back detaching after my baby has only worn them a handful of times and their only response was “hmm we never heard of this happening before.” No, can we fix it, can we send you another, etc. These boots are very low quality and I won’t be ordering from this seller again.

BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! BUYERS BEWARE!! Sent wrong item & I have sent several emails. I cannot get anyone to response!! All I wanted was to exchange for the correct item I ordered or a refund. Really hate to leave a bad review but I don’t know what else to do. I am without my item & money.
