It took way too long to ship. I ordered it for my daughter to wear to school the month of November. I received it the night before thanksgiving. The outfit is very small. I ordered it a size big so my daughter could wear it this year and next. It’s too tight to even wear it now.

Never received this item

Was supposed to ship 11/6. Emailed them asking for a status and explaining that I needed the two outfits I ordered by 12/8. I ordered them around Halloween! I received a generic response of “so sorry, I’ll look into it” and have not heard back. Two emails later I’m still not getting any response. Just reached out to Support@jane. Will never order from this company again just for sheer lack of care about their customers communication!

My granddaughter is 11 months old. These boots are great but they run a tad bit large... CUTE as a BUTTON!!!

When my daughter wore this adorable dress for the first time the seam completely ripped open while she was sitting at school. She is only 3 and was wearing it for 2.5 hours. When I contacted the company they told me that I could purchase the dress again, as they were running the same promotion.

Pants were too short for my daughter and I even sized up. She wears 4 and I ordered a 6.
