I ordered two rompers- one size 12 months and the other size 24 months. Both came in size 80. The one I ordered in the larger size was smaller than the 12 month outfit. I emailed customer service and they apologized it didn’t work then stated that I would have to pay for return shipping. NO! I shouldn’t have to pay for YOUR mistake... the outfits are cute so I wish they would make it right and correct their mistake but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen.... Horrible customer service and will NOT be purchasing from them again.

I ordered two of these and the one bow wasn’t sewn on correctly. I sent them a picture of the product that was sent to me and they gave me my full refund of the outfit within a week. Nice customer service! These are very cute!

The material is very cheap and was splitting at the seams with strings hanging off, yet when I contacted the company, they ignored that part of the email and focused on my question about the price difference on my receipt versus what I was charged. I emailed back and still have no reply to what they're going to do to take care of the pulling seams. I did give 3 stars because it's cute, but it's cheap.
