Don’t order from this company they got my order wrong said it was my problem that I could not return it and put a return slip in the package who does that but Jane made it right for me thanks Jane...
We had some shipping snafus. The company made it right, but I only got one of the two suits I ordered. It took a really long time to figure out and get them. Probably won’t buy again.

Awful customer service. This item is suppose to ship out within 6 days. It’s been almost 2 months since I placed my order. I reached out to the seller directly and let them know I still haven’t received my package and that tracking hasn’t moved at all. They said there was a mixup in their warehouse and would get it out to me ASAP. 2 weeks go by and I still haven’t received my order so I reach out to the Jane customer service. They CC this company in the email, and they said the same thing, word for word, back again about why I haven’t received my package. Still no update on the shipping, no nothing. They said they would have it to me in about a week. Well what do you know, another 2 weeks later and I still haven’t received my order. Super disappointed because these were really cute items at a great price. They did offer a refund, but, I wanted my item. I STILL want my item that I will probably never get. I’d stay away from ordering from this company since they clearly don’t really care about making their mistakes correct. *edit to add..after another two weeks of waiting for responses from this company and reaching out to the Jane customer service for them to get ahold of them, they just issued me a refund without making my order correct. They just kept repeating that their was a “mixup in their warehouse”..but a lot of reviews say the same thing as what I have..so I just don’t think they know how to run a business correctly.
