I ordered a Colorado shirt but received a Seattle shirt. I can’t rectify it because the email to contact the seller isn’t valid.
Hello. We have actually reached out to this customer, replaced the erroneous tee our staff sent, and it appears the email issue was a possibly typo. You can always reach a seller through your Jane account, and those messages always get to us, without going to spam or being lost in cyber space XD.
I ordered three different shirts which are great quality, but unfortunately one of the shirts was delivered in the wrong color. I contacted the seller and he responded almost immediately and was very apologetic. He got the information from me on exactly what I wanted and is sending me a new one. Excellent customer service which means A LOT especially this time of year!

I originally ordered the Bella womens fit, but Jared, the owner, emailed and gave me info about the unisex shirt and I decided to go with that. I ordered 2 and they by far beat all my expectations! They are the perfect fit. I ordered a size Small, unisex. I’m 5.5, 128lbs. It’s actually long enough, which many T’s aren’t anymore. Perfect! I plan on ordering more.
