It has been almost 3 weeks and my order still says processing. They did reply to one email, but the order still has not been shipped. I am not sure what is going on. I’m not upset about it not making it to me by Valentines Day, but would either like a refund or another product in place of the 2 shirts that were originally ordered.

Not as blue as pictured

Order was perfect! All names in the correct order as I had 8 different names. Also received a sweet email from the family just making sure everything was correct and checking to see if I had any questions! Would definitely purchase from again!

Washed the shirt prior to wearing and the design is already lifting. Shoddy application, shirt not worth the price. I should have made note of other reviews. The quality of the shirt itself is nice, however, the quality of the appliqué is subpar.

Print is super cute but the shirt is BIG and boxy. I ordered a medium because I like my tshirts a little loose but this is VERY loose.

The shirt was too big and the picture was completely off center! Very disappointed they would send a product out that was clearly printed incorrectly. Even if it was perfect, it arrived the evening of the holiday.

Despite email to seller, no response was made. Shipped late (2 days after promised ship date), arrived late (after the holiday).

The shirt is great but, the print is not in focus. Perhaps this is on purpose by the seller to make it look more vintage? Was disappointed that the print is not clear.

I originally received the wrong color of shirt, but after reaching out to Desindie LLC, they quickly got back to me. Their customer service is amazing. They are already sending out another shirt and I was told to keep the one I originally received as their way of saying sorry for the inconvenience. It's so nice to have a company that has such prompt service :)

Love the shirt but it took 15 days to get and came On Valentine’s Day, which that’s why I bought it. To wear on Valentine’s Day.

I love Rainbow Brite!! It is awesome that I can now have a shirt with her. Super soft material and I ordered a large and it is long which is great with leggings!

The shirt is a basic tee, which is what I prefer. The print appears to be of good quality, and after the shirt was washed and dried, the shirt maintained its size, and the colors were as they were when first purchased. Shipping was slower than anticipated, but upon expressing my frustrations, Jared reached out and explained how frustrated he also was with the shipping time. It appeared to be a mishap with the printer, and Jared let me know the company was switching printers to avoid this problem again. Jared provided excellent customer service and made the situation right by me, the customer. Will be ordering from this vendor again.
