At first they got my size wrong but they let me keep the mess up and sent me another for free. So soft and such high quality!!!

I ordered 2 shirts with different designs and I was pretty disappointed with both shirts I received. Was contacted by seller who sent out 2 new shirts that I was much happier with. Seller was super nice.

Beautiful job! I am so thrilled with my items! I actually was missing a couple of items from my initial order, and when I contacted them about it, they responded quickly and resolved the matter right away with absolutely no hassles! Would definitely order from this company again.

Edited review: I originally received the wrong item and emailed the company. I received a quick reply and they were very friendly and apologetic and took care of the situation right away. I received the corrected item today and it looks great!

I received the wrong top, after I emailed the company via Jane they corrected the mistake quickly. I was even able to keep the incorrect top as a gift. Botanical Tee is perfect for spring, fits as expected.

One item came with stitching on the outside of the shirt that was not supposed to be there and also red marking on it. The other shirt I ordered was perfect. Soft tee with very cute designs! After getting in touch with the seller, they are sending another shirt to replace the defective shirt with no hassle! UPDATE- THEY NEVER SENT A NEW SHIRT AND DEFINITELY A HASTLE TO DEAL WITH. I ENDED UP JUST ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK. THEY REFUNDED ME LESS THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THE ITEM ALONE. I FINALLY GOT THE CORRECT AMOUNT BACK, BUT STILL A HASTLE AND STILL NO SHIRT! VERY DISAPPOINTING SELLER!

My order took 3 weeks to arrive, and was the wrong size and design. I have emailed the seller about returning the item, no response yet. Very disappointed.

Soft, longer then average shirt. Cute. Very happy with my purchase

I received the wrong size, color, and print. The quality of the shirt itself is good (Bella Canvas), but the print is stiff and unclear. I asked for a refund, but the seller ignored request, and instead says he/she will send a replacement. Frustrating interaction.

Colors are not as petty as the pic but very soft

I ordered the pink because it was such a light and delicate pink in both photos shown. The pink I got was much brighter and turns this shirt into looking like an old lady shirt. I was disappointed that the product ended up looking so different from picture EDIT: After speaking to the company, they have offered me a different color shirt and allowing me to keep the pink one as a “cozy night shirt.” I appreciate the company making things right.

They sent me the wrong item but handled the mistake with grace. They were prompt and kind about the mistake and corrected promptly. Will purchase from this company again with no hesitation.
