I ordered two shirts and only received one. Definitely was charged for two. The package said that the second one was shipping separately. I didn’t receive the second shirt. It was a Halloween costume, too. This created a major headache and disappointment as we had to try to redo a Halloween costume at the very last minute. I am very disappointed and will likely never order from Jane again. I reached out to the seller and received no response as well.

The shirts were amazing when they finally arrived! The shipping on my order was delayed and the seller gave me a complete refund and still gave me the shirts for free since they wasn’t gonna arrive in time for my event.

The shirts turned out amazing! However, I only gave 3 stars due to the length of time it took to get them. I ordered these shirts October 3rd. After 3 weeks of my order still sitting in processing status, I sent an email to find out why it was taking so long. I explained in my email that the shirts were ordered for a work Halloween party and I needed to know if I should cancel my order if I wasn't going to get it in time. I received a prompt reply explaining there was something needed to finish making the shirts that was ordered and they were waiting on that to finish. Ok, but shouldn't that be communicated to the customer within the first few days of placing the order? I waited 3 weeks to find out this information and only because I reached out. Once it shipped, it still took a week for me to get it. I had 5 people relying on these shirts getting here in time and it took almost a month to get it. I love Jane.com, but I have never had an order take more than a week from order to delivery. It was advertised item normally ships within 5 days and it shipped in 3 weeks with no notification. I didn't receive one apology or even offered free shipping or a discount on the shirts or anything. I have to say I am very disappointed.
