Received damaged product the first time and they were SUPER understanding and willing to help!

I ordered this shirt for my sister. As soon as I ordered it I showed my mother, unfortunately she had already bought the same shirt for my sister. I immediately emailed the seller and asked for a refund and to cancel my order. They would not cancel my order (even though the order had not been processed because I emailed them about an hour after I purchased) and they are also making me pay for shipping to send the shirt back. WILL NOT purchase from this buyer again, nor do I recommend them to anyone.

Probably my Fave shirt (Thanksgiving one) I’ve ordered off Jane so far this season! I’ve worn it once already and got tons of compliments on it!

Adorable fit as expected

Great customer service! I ordered a medium and decided it was a little more snug than I would like. I reached out to see how returns and exchanges were handled. They were quick to respond and are sending me a large, I just have to pay shipping. They told me to keep the wrong size as a gift to someone else. Very impressed!

Love my llama shirt! When I had an issue with the shirt, I reached out to the seller and they were amazing. Such cute items they sell and great customer service! Will definitely use them again for other purchases. They stand by their product.
