I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered TWO shirts in two different sizes. I inly recieved one. I repeatedly have emailed “Ellacanvas” regarding the issue and have sent the confirmation emails for both purchases to her multiple times. They have never sent me the other shirt, and never refunded me. So now I have one shirt that does not fit me that was supposed to go as a matching set with a friends, and I spent TWICE the amount of money. Its a disgrace that Jane.com even allows this seller, I have NEVER has an issue with any other purchases from Jane until this one, and I almost begged the seller just to send me the shirt, which still has not been sent or refunded. Because of this seller refusing to rectify the situation or acknowledge ripping me off and stealing my money without giving me the product I will never purchase from Jane.com again. Ellacanvas is a HORRIBLE example of your website and I want my money back. They should not be allowed to advertise on your site and take money and never ship the product, or even have the courtesy of responding to all my emails.
