Never received this order. Reached out to the seller haven't heard back. I guess I am out 20.00 and won't receive the necklace either. Great customer service.
I ordered this as a Mother's Day gift 13 days before Mother's Day! After not receiving information about shipment 8 days after my order I emailed the seller to ask if it would be shipped soon. She never responded to me and later that day shipped it. I was given the wrong tracking number and kept emailing with concerns. It took her FOREVER to actually respond to me and was actually extremely rude with me instead of apologizing that she gave out wrong information. I have not even looked at the necklace yet. It's past Mother's Day that I am getting it in. I am hoping the necklace is better than the seller's attitude.
