I ordered a disc necklace. One of my daughters names was spelled incorrectly. I double checked on my order to make sure I spelled correctly when I ordered it, and I did. I contacted the shop owner & got one response back to send a picture of the necklace, so I did. I have heard back at all. I've send multiple emails & have yet to hear back.
