Love it! Great quality. Exactly as described.
I only received half of my order (received the 3 name bands but not the 2 spacer bands even though all 5 bands were paid for). Have tried numerous times to contact the seller and Jane.com Customer Service has reached out to the seller as well and no communication has been returned. I will not purchase from this seller again.

The rings that I received are beautiful and I love them. However I ordered four personalized ones and only got three of them. I have reached out to the seller 3 days ago as soon as they came in to let them know I was missing one of my rings and still haven't heard anything back from them. Hopefully we can get the issue resolved and I'll upgrade it to 5 stars.
Wrong dates engraved on my necklace. Seller will not reply to emails.
