I only received half of my order (received the 3 name bands but not the 2 spacer bands even though all 5 bands were paid for). Have tried numerous times to contact the seller and Jane.com Customer Service has reached out to the seller as well and no communication has been returned. The rings that I received are beautiful and I love them. However I ordered four personalized ones and only got three of them. I have reached out to the seller 3 days ago as soon as they came in to let them know I was missing one of my rings and still haven't heard anything back from them. Hopefully we can get the issue resolved and I'll upgrade it to 5 stars.
