Super cute necklace, but BROKE the second time I wore it. The seller’s response “I'm sorry, but the only way these are typically broken in that particular place is if the chain is pulled too hard, as it pulls the ring off the chain.”

My necklace literally broke after wearing for 2 minutes l. I was bummed bc I really liked it

This item is listed as a "Personalized Flat Band Ring". I selected a font and put in a word to be inscribed. There was another space that I selected a beaded ring, because it said you needed to select something. I thought it came with a spacer ring. Instead I was only sent a beaded ring that is not personalized. I contacted the seller about this and she was not courteous in the way she responded and insisted that I ordered only the beaded ring. I pointed out that I was confused and thought I was getting the personalized flat band ring and that is why I put in a font and a word to be inscribed. Instead of trying to make it right, she argued with me about it and refused to work something out with me in a very non-courteous manner. Why would I put in a font and name to be inscribed if I only thought I was getting the beaded ring? If in doubt, the seller should have clarified with me before sending anything. I ordered a "personalized flat band ring", put in a font and an inscription and didn't get what I ordered. She could have asked me to send it back and then send me the right thing. Instead she just argues with me. She may be out a little money in shipping, but would get winning reviews for customer service. I think she has poor customer service and would not buy anything from her again. In fact, I am questioning whether I will be buying from Jane.com at all in the future.
