The necklaces are great…I ordered five different messages and one came missing one of the flowers. Not sure how to get in touch to get it corrected.
I bought two necklaces and one is missing the last flower. I have emailed and messaged on Facebook and Instagram with no response. I am very upset because these were ordered for Christmas gifts. Although they are pretty I’m very disappointed with this seller and how they go about fixing their mistake… which is by not acknowledging the issue at all.

I ordered two pairs of earrings. It said that it shipped quickly but the package never came. After a month of it saying “in transit” I tried to email the seller. They never returned my email even after I sent a follow up email. I finally requested a refund but since it was such a long time after I ordered, they could only issue me a credit.

I ordered 2 of these with my grandsons' names on them for my daughter-in-law and they are just right! So beautiful and sweet!! I am ordering again for myself this time!
I am giving 2 stars because she shipped me the product and it’s well made but she got my flowers wrong and has not replied to me. It’s going to be a month since I received the item and she still hasn’t gotten back to me. I want my necklace with the right flowers! I even asked for a return shipping label to send this one back and nothing. Still waiting on Jane’s reply too. I want my money back if I can’t have the right necklace!

Beautiful ring set!! Paired perfectly with the band I already had from mine and my husbands matching set!! Has held up well since I’ve gotten it. I get lots of compliments.
